WebHunter Roger Ziegler Nabs First Fugitive
At about noon, Chris encountered two men sitting at a table guarding a building near City Hall. Chris approached and asked one of the men if he was a city employee -- an attempt to complete a part of today's Task. Little did he know that the other man at the table was webHunter Roger Ziegler. Ziegler identified Fugitive Chris, and made the capture. More details to follow.
